FAQ

Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our Free plan includes the full AI copilot with all AE features — real-time guidance, discovery questions, objection handling, case study fetcher, auto follow-up emails, and deal summaries. It's limited to 1 seat per company with approximately 45 minutes of calls per week (~180 min/month).
How are minutes calculated?
Minutes are measured as the time the Commit AI copilot is actively running during your calls. Each seat on Starter and Growth gets 1,200 minutes per month (about 20 hours). That's more than enough for most reps — the average AE uses around 450 minutes per month.
Do follow-up emails and summaries use minutes?
Yes. AI-generated actions like follow-up emails and deal summaries consume a small number of copilot-minutes per action. These are deducted from your monthly minute allowance alongside live call time.
Do unused minutes roll over to the next month?
No, unused minutes reset at the start of each billing month. They do not roll over.
What happens when I run out of minutes?
On paid plans, you'll be billed for overage at your plan's rate — $0.20/min on Starter, $0.15/min on Growth. On the Free plan, the copilot pauses until your minutes reset the following week.
Is it billed monthly or annually?
All paid plans (Starter and Growth) require an annual commitment. Prices shown are per-seat, per-month equivalents, but you commit to and pay on an annual basis.
Can I add more seats mid-contract?
Yes. You can add seats at any time and they'll be pro-rated for the remainder of your annual term. Removing seats takes effect at your next renewal.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Growth mid-year?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and you'll only pay the pro-rated difference for the remaining months on your contract.
Is there a trial for paid plans?
Our Free plan is your trial — full copilot access, no credit card required. For team evaluations, reach out to our sales team for a guided pilot.
Is my call data secure?
Yes. All call data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not store raw audio — only the AI-processed insights your reps need. We're SOC 2 compliant — see our trust page at trust.askcommit.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, and ACH for annual contracts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Paid plans run on annual terms. We'll remind you before renewal so you're never surprised. If you cancel, your data is fully removed. The Free plan has no commitment and can be stopped at any time.
What's the difference between Starter and Growth?
Both include the full AI copilot for reps. Growth adds the manager layer — coaching dashboard, rep benchmarking, playbook enforcement, API access, and priority support. Growth also has a lower overage rate ($0.15 vs $0.20/min).
